Our SmartSwap Guarantee is a completely FREE 1-Year Return & Upgrade Program that gives you up to 80% back when you trade in a product within 12 months. No hidden fees.
- Store Credit: 20–80% back, depending on condition and time passed
- Cash Back: Up to 80% based on the same criteria (yes, even 5–10% in Month 12!)
- If we retire your product and replace it with a new “Best Of” model, you may qualify for a free upgrade — just return it in resellable condition

Originally sold by Simply Smart, these products are carefully inspected and tested by our expert technical team to ensure they work 100% like the day they were first sold—practically brand new. This certification guarantees you’re getting top-tier, fully functional tech that offers excellent value without any compromise on performance or reliability.
💻 Do you offer Price Matching?
Yes — in many cases we do.
Our PCs and laptops are usually cheaper than Amazon, Best Buy, or Canada Computers, but if you see a better deal, email us at tech.simplysmart@gmail.com and we’ll see if we can match it.
💸 Can I trade in or sell my old tech?
Sometimes, yes!
While we don’t run a standard buyback program yet, we’re flexible. If your item meets our standards and is in good condition, we’re happy to work something out — just contact us.
📦 Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Absolutely. We have a 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If something doesn’t feel right — whether it’s the weight, fit, sound, or specs — return it in original condition and get a refund or swap.
After that, you’re covered under the SmartSwap Guarantee for up to 12 months.

🚚 How fast is shipping?
We ship within 1–2 business days, and most deliveries arrive in 1–5 business days across Canada. You’ll get tracking info once it’s on the way.

🏆 How do you decide what to sell?
We spend hundreds of hours researching and testing tech to find the Best Of each year. If a better product releases mid-year, we update our pick. We don’t push big brands — we push real value.
🌱 What are your plans for e‑waste and sustainability?
We’re building a free e‑waste pickup and refurbishment program to keep good tech out of landfills. Some refurbished items will even be donated to families in need.
🌐 Do you really build FREE websites and APPS?
Yes! We believe websites should be free to build and maintain. We also help turn your website into a FREE APP, sync inventory with your social platforms, and teach you how to manage everything.
We only charge for paid automation solutions if you want to completely remove the hassle of daily tasks like updates, email campaigns, or social media scheduling. These solutions are often cheaper than hiring hourly staff!
🧾 What are your return conditions?
Just make sure items are:
- In original condition with packaging and accessories
- Not damaged or tampered with
- Clear of any unpaid balances
If you changed your mind, you cover return shipping. If it’s our mistake or a defect, we’ll cover it.
🚨 What’s your DOA (dead-on-arrival) policy?
If something shows up broken or doesn’t turn on, contact us within 48 hours for a priority refund or replacement — no questions asked.
📩 How do I start a return or claim a warranty?
Head to our Contact Us page and email us from there. We offer flexible, one-on-one help — even home pickup in some special cases.
