7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, return it within 7 days in the same condition. Perfect for things like:
- The keyboard feel of a laptop
- The weight or size of a device
- The sound quality of earbuds for your music taste
- The fit and comfort of wearable tech like smartwatches
31-Day Defect Warranty
If there's an issue that wasn't mentioned in the listing, contact us within 31 days for:
- A direct replacement or
- 100% store credit toward any other item
Extended warranties available upon request.

Stay current without losing value. Within 12 months, you can:
Standard Upgrade (Store Credit):
- Get 20–80% of your original value toward something else
- Even in month 12, receive at least 20% if your item is in resellable condition
Cash Back Return:
- Get 5–80% of your original value refunded in cash
Even in month 12, 5–10% is guaranteed

Free Upgrade if Replaced
If we stop carrying your product and replace it with a new “Best Of” model within the same year, you qualify for a free replacement — just return your item in working, sellable condition.
A small fee may apply if packaging or accessories are missing.
Out-of-Box Defects (DOA)
If something arrives damaged or non-functional, notify us within 48 hours for a priority replacement or refund — no questions asked.
General Return Conditions
- Items must include all original packaging, accessories, and any extras
- Items cannot be damaged, missing parts, or tampered with
- Any outstanding balances must be cleared before processing a return or warranty
No restocking fees for like-new items.
Return Shipping
- If the issue is on our end (e.g. wrong item or defect), return shipping is free
- If it’s a change of mind, customer covers return shipping
Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)
- Opened software, digital licenses, or gift cards
- Personal hygiene items that have been opened (e.g. earbuds, headphones)
- Products damaged or missing parts due to misuse
Manufacturer Warranties
Many new items are also protected by official manufacturer warranties. If applicable, we’ll help you submit a claim or reach out directly on your behalf.
